1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your city and courier service:

  • Within City: 2–3 business days

  • Within Pakistan (Other Cities): 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays by courier companies.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan (Advance Rs.150)

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website or helpline.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If a package returns due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

  • Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipping is currently not available.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.

  • However, we will assist in filing a complaint with the courier company.
